These can include, parklands, woodlands that have been landscaped by the developer, often by our own Landscaping division.

We ensure residents have green spaces to enjoy and for exercise. It is important for us to be able to keep these at a good standard for residents to appreciate the environment around them. We can offer flexible specifications and amend frequencies to meet their individual needs.

Larger sites can have several different maintenance regimes going on for various areas. An open space area in the middle of the development may need a striped weekly grass cut to demonstrate high presentation levels for potential purchasers. A parkland on the periphery of the site may only need a monthly cut to grass.  With our 50 years of experience in this sector, we can advise on the most effective package and specification for your requirements.

With our continuous investment in machinery, we can often carry out work to larger areas quicker and cheaper than other companies. For example, in 2020 we invested £25,000 in a remote control bank mower, this can cut steep banks in a safe manner without risking the safety of our operatives. Without this machine, jobs would take much longer and necessitate anchoring operatives to the top of the bank and strimming the grass slope.
