We were asked to tender for this project just before Christmas 2020. The client was looking to open a camping field to maximise income and opportunity for visitors to their inland surfing lake when they were allowed to re-open the site after lockdown. They needed a contractor to install a raised timber boardwalk to enable guests to walk around the camping field and 

Timescale was tight to order materials in, allocate our labour and ensure completion before opening. We had to commence within 7 days of receiving an order

Works comprised Supply and install 430m long, 1.8m wide boardwalk around a field using non slip decking, 25 nr ramps and access to tents, access ramps for mowers, decking access path to Toilet and Shower block, timber cladding to storage container, bin store and entrance deck. 3.6m high posts to allow for festoon lighting. We also installed top soil and landscaping to the camping block

Both the client and architect were delighted with our works. We met the deadline for the initial works for opening, as well as having extra works added on. As they were so pleased with these initial works, we subsequently won the ground maintenance contract for the site,
