NEW HOUSING SITES

We work for a range of developers from small sites with 10 houses, up to big 500 house developments.

We recognise that Sales and Show Home areas act as the Shopfront for our clients and therefore needs to be maintained to a high standard to reflect the client’s own quality and standards whilst appealing to customers giving them a vision of their own garden and potential living spaces.

Our managers engage weekly with the sales advisers on site, building personal relationships to discuss requirements for the next week / month ahead. We can provide intensive maintenance; including bedding plants, dead heading and manicuring the landscape to be appealing.

Sales and site management that we offer includes weekly maintenance and upkeep of sales sites/show homes for various developers, including a full scheme of work from design through build, maintenance and upkeep, hanging baskets, mangers, planters, planting of seasonal bedding, planting of new bedding for instant impact.
