Elmtree has carried out landscape maintenance ever since we were established. However, over the last 5 years the grounds maintenance side of our business has grown considerably and is a now a major part of our total workload.

MAINTENANCE SECTOR

We have a bespoke App for our teams to use, which they use to record details of every visit including photos. This can be sent directly to clients and is also used to report any issues that our client should be made aware of, for example graffiti. This is a huge help when our client is not based on site, we act as their eyes and ears to keep them visually up to date with how their site is looking.

Our management team regularly audit sites to ensure the highest standards are adhered to and Audit reports are created. We also measure our KPIs on a monthly basis ensuring we meet the standards our clients expect, these are used to set targets for our teams. Using the same App, these audits can also be sent directly into clients. Even if on the odd occasion our audit does not show a high score, we still send the audits to our client as it demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and high standards.

We continually invest in new machinery and are always looking for better ways of working. We listen to clients’ comments and are continually learning. We thrive off good Client feedback. There is nothing better for us than taking over a contract and having comments from the Client such as “the site hasn’t looked this good in years”.

Random review as I haven’t had any work done by this company. But in an age where people are so quick to leave a bad review, I believe in doing the same with good reviews!

I’m on the motorway and there were
some really large items in the middle lane. Cars were slowing and going round the hazard.
The Elmtree van, stopped and took it upon themselves to clear the road.

Good deed done and could have saved someone from an accident!

If I was looking for a garden contractor, that’s the proactive and decent attitude I’d be looking for!

Elmtree garden contractors have done a fantastic job here at Perry court e-act academy. And a huge thank you to Rich and Ian who visit every month to maintain the grounds. Always professional , polite and friendly. We are also currently having trees planting by another team who are also just as polite , friendly and professional.

Elmtree have now carried out extensive garden renovations at two properties I owned. They are amazingly talented and I've been incredibly pleased with the results. One property involved building into a cliff. It wasn't easy but it looked amazing and gave us tremendous views overlooking Clevedon Pier. Thanks to all the staff involved. Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending.
