This Crest Nicholson development is set in the heart of rural Somerset and on the edge of the Mendips. Adjoining the southern edge of Wells, one of England’s smallest cities Bishop’s Brook boasts views of the rolling Somerset levels to the south, and is positioned within walking distance of the city centre.

Elmtree have undertaken all soft landscaping on the development, including the individual front gardens and play area.

We were also involved with the restoration of the Keward Brook that ran underneath the original factory on the site. This was diverted by Crest Nicholson during the development, we then installed pre-planted Coir pallets to control erosion and create wildlife habitats. We topsoiled and grass seeded the brook with a wildflower mix.
