For example, at the Bishops Brook development in Wells with Crest Nicholson Homes, Elmtree restored the original factory’s Keward Brook that ran underneath the site and handled all the soft landscaping for the development, including the play area and individual front gardens.

We prevented erosion by installing pre-planted Coir pallets, grass-seeded and topsoiled the brook, and introduced a wildflower mix to create a perfect green space that serves as an eco-friendly wildlife habitat for all to enjoy.
